Let us jog your memory *clears throat*... "Eight o'clock in the morning I'll have fish and a rice cake. At 10 o'clock, I'll have fish. At 12 o'clock, I'll have fish and a rice cake. At two o'clock, I'll have fish." You get where we're going.
Danny Andrews - better known as Fish and a Rice Cake guy - is back. 2021 come at us.
The former bodybuilder turned business owner will be on our screens once again as he features on Channel 4's First Dates.
It would have been criminal not to mention his 2007 BBC debut where his infamous meal description shot to fame. But, surprisingly enough, Danny said: "Funny thing is... I don't even like fish. I hate it!"
Danny is set to appear in next week's episode of First Dates (26 January) - which is available to watch on 4OD now.
Channel 4 teased Danny's chaotic-sounding date, writing: "Proud barbershop owner 30-year-old Danny is confident at work but nervous when it comes to dating. Does the five pre-date pints and Jager-bomb at the bar calm him down, or will he end up jeopardising his date?
"Spilling sauce on his lap and knocking his shot-glass over might suggest the latter. His date is Abbie, a 25-year-old cruise ship singer, who is single because she spends more time abroad than she does at home. Does Abbie meet the man she will be prepared to settle for?"
Danny will also return to the First Dates restaurant the following week (2 February) to meet 23-year-old teaching assistant Lauren.
When Danny first appeared on the telly it was for a BBC Three documentary called Baby Faced Bodybuilders. He explained his daily diet during the fortnight prior to the Mr Cumbria bodybuilding competition in depth.
And that was that. Danny had no idea in that moment that he was making a new name for himself - 'fish and rice cake guy'. Over the years since, Danny has been mocked on countless occasions.
Speaking to LADbible in 2019, he said: "Some people rip me saying I thought fish was brain food, but clearly it's not.
"People ask if I was sponsored by Captain Birdseye. People have made memes and remixes on YouTube, also Scott Mills used to play it weekly, he even spoke to Jake Gyllenhaal about it."
He went on: "My diet was only that for the last two weeks before my show - I don't actually like fish. Instead of saying I have eight meals of fish a day, and every other meal I have a rice cake, I was trying to work out times.
"So it makes me appear absolutely stupid, fitting the stereotype of the typical bodybuilder. At the time I was so embarrassed, but I have embraced it.
"I look completely different now when I say I'm into the gym people ask if I'm on the fish and the rice cakes, not knowing it's me."
Danny's first episode of First Dates airs on Channel 4 next week or you can watch it on 4oD right now.
