A new video shows the shocking moment that Lucy Spraggan ‘permanently displaced filler’ in her face as part of a horror injury while filming Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The reality TV show features celebrities being put through their paces by an SAS Boot Camp intended to push people to their limits.
With four celebs having dropped out in the first two episodes, fans were shocked to discover that Lucy Spraggan, an X-Factor star and singer-songwriter, had gone through some truly awful injuries while filming.

The most viral of these has been Spraggan admitting that she had 'ripped' her vulva during one task involving a harness that saw her needing surgery.
In this admission, as part of an interview with The Sun, she also explained that during a task in which she had to jump from a boat to a helicopter, she had hit her face.

She described how it led to filler in her face being ‘permanently displaced’ as well as her sporting a black eye on her wedding day.
Explaining to The Sun, she said: "I had the filler under my eyes and when my face hit the sea so hard my filler migrated to the side of my face.

"By that point I was just in pain everywhere... and the filler didn’t migrate back, when I got home I had to have it dissolved."
In the clip, shared below, Spraggan is shown being encouraged by instructor Jason Fox to jump from their boat into a hovering helicopter.
The clip doesn’t show the speed at which the boat is travelling when she hits the water face first, making it totally unsurprising that it led to some pretty major injuries.
While many expect the instructors to go easy on celebs in the spin-off reality show, the opposite is quite clearly true, based on the number of major stories of extreme injuries.

Matt Hancock, the disgraced former Conservative MP, appeared on the show and stated that he ‘almost choked to death’ after being trapped in a room with tear gas, as well as getting trench foot.
Pete Wicks, known for his time on The Only Way is Essex, was faced with similarly shocking injuries in his time on the TV show.

Wicks was knocked unconscious during one task and also broke his ribs.
Between a black eye, displaced filler, and a torn vulva, however, Spraggan has arguably had the worst injuries of anyone to have appeared on the series.

The episode tonight features celebs taking on the helicopter jump after Spraggan’s faceplant as well as an ‘exhausting boat carry task’ where they are split into teams.
