The Traitors viewers have spotted a secret second envelope on Uncloaked, sparking rumours that this ‘proves’ the viral secret connections theory.
Last night’s episode of The Traitors is one of the craziest in the history of the show, setting up a titanic showdown between Rachel and Fiona in the episode dropping tonight (9 January).
The show’s fourth season has been full of massive moments and plot twists, particularly the secret connections the show has revealed the contestants to have.
Roxy and Judy were revealed to be mother and daughter in the first episode and Ross and Ellie were officially revealed to be a couple on Wednesday, something that internet sleuths had figured out earlier in the week.

There could be even more reveals coming however after eagle-eyed fans spotted that the spin-off TV show Uncloaked had a secret envelope that viewers weren’t shown.

The spin-off show Uncloaked, hosted by comedian Ed Gamble, sees the banished and murdered contestants finally find out who the Traitors are, opening up an envelope which has all three names inside.
Most of the discussion from the newest episode of Uncloaked has been about the hilarious moment Amanda tries to shock Maz by revealing she was a senior police officer in the Met only for him to reveal that he himself was also a retired police officer.
During season three of The Traitors, later in the game there was a secret second envelope revealing the fact that Charlotte was secretly faking a Welsh accent.

Now though, one eagle-eyed Reddit sleuth has noticed the same has happened this year, indicating a possible major future reveal.

They posted: “Unsure if anyone else has noticed, but for the last few days on Uncloaked, the Faithful have only opened a singular letter showing who the Traitors are. This is despite the fact there is a 2nd letter clearly shown on screen.
“Does this give credence to the family tree theory, and the idea that there are more connections that have yet to be revealed to the audience?”
For those not up to date with the latest viral fan theories, there have been numerous signs on The Traitors so far that everyone on the show is connected to one another in some way.

The signs include the family tree painting which the contestants have still yet to fully figure out, as well as the two reveals we have already had of secret connections.

Hugo, the first Traitor banished this season, even said in an exclusive interview with LADbible that the contestants themselves were discussing the idea that everyone is connected to one another in some way.
The idea of the second envelope being the full list of secret connections in the castle is a convincing one, and one that fans are now getting behind.
One comment underneath the original Reddit post said: “There'll probably be a montage of their reactions either when all secret relationships players have left/been revealed or in the final episode of Uncloaked.”

Another said: “Yes, I think the letter is about connections and the family tree. Not sure if it will be 'everyone is connected', but if so then that's quite the reveal.”
The Traitors returns on BBC One at 8pm tonight, 9 January.
