Gun Activist Threatening To Sue Sacha Baron Cohen After Appearing On 'Who Is America?'

A gun activist duped into biting down on a dildo during a fake training mission on 'Who Is America?' is apparently seeking legal advice

How does Sacha Baron Cohen keep a straight face? Admittedly, it's hidden behind layers of prosthetic make-up, but still. You watch this clip and tell us you would have been able to hold it together:

Yep, that's right. In Who Is America?'s latest episode of what-the-fuck-did-I-just-wacthery, Sacha - disguised as 'not Mossad' Israeli terror expert Erran Morad - tricked gun advocate Dan Roberts into putting a dildo in his mouth.

Roberts is the leader of Youth Shooters Of America - which apparently helps young American kids who partake in shooting sports - and was told by 46-year-old comedian Sacha that the way to avoid a beheading by terrorists was to chomp down on the penis of the executioner and not let go.

And so, that's what he did, fixing his teeth on the fake penis strapped to Sacha's groin area in an attempt to escape death by terrorist in a highly embarrassing clip apparently filmed last July.

Speaking to, of all people, The New York Times about the clip, Roberts said that he only found out that he was on the show after he received a Facebook message from a friend asking why he was on it.

In the TV show's segment, which Roberts says he thought was a genuine counterterrorism training exercise, he can be also seen engaging in a shouting match to ward off terrorists and throwing a baby doll into a bin, after being told there's a bomb hidden in a nappy.

Yet while Roberts says he was 'baffled' and felt 'extraordinarily uncomfortable' during the sequence, he didn't think to question it.

"If you believe yourself to be in the presence of what anyone would rightly describe as experts in their field, and they are telling you that these are techniques or tactics that they themselves have used, and you're just a rank amateur, would you question it?" he said.

"Think about what they're claiming: a last resort. You have one chance to do something, or you're certain you're going to die. That's the scenario they've laid out. I don't know many people, if they were completely honest, that they would say they wouldn't take that opportunity to maybe, hopefully, grab one thing to maybe save their lives."

Roberts is apparently now seeking legal action, a said of his appearance: "Malicious, willful and deliberate act on the part of Sacha Baron Cohen, the production company and Showtime, who blatantly lied to me about the purpose of the entire thing, in a deliberate effort to humiliate me."

Join the club, mate. As a result of being ridiculed on the show, a number of high-profile people have spoken out against the series, including former vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin - whose clip has yet to air - and gun-rights advocate Philip Van Cleave - who made a video instructing toddlers how to shoot guns.

And former Georgia lawmaker Jason Spencer resigned from his position after a clip was broadcast with him engaging in a training mission with Erran Morad in which he screams some incredibly offensive language.

Which really leaves one question: who's next?
