Fire Stick owners have been urged to hand in their old devices by the end of the year.

It comes after the new Fire TV Stick 4K Select was released by Amazon earlier this year.

The new model is currently reduced from £49.99 to just £19.99 (a whopping 60 percent off), but shoppers can bag a hidden extra discount by turning in their old devices before the deadline.

To get an extra 20 percent off the sale price, customers can trade in their old Fire Sticks, bringing the price down to only £15.99.
