A married couple who have been proudly swinging for over a decade have shared what they wish they knew before embarking of their first spicy cruise.
If you're wondering what a spicy cruise actually is, it's an adults-only voyage for people and couples who are interested in exploring sensual experiences with people outside of their partner, and vice versa.
Bella and Jase are well versed when it comes to spicy cruises, and regularly set sail with Bliss Cruise, where 6,700 swingers take over Royal Caribbean's Symphony of the Seas, and let's just say things get steamy.
The couple, who post all about their adventurous lifestyle on their social media and website 4ourplay.com, have shared the three most important things anyone considering a spicy cruise should know.

"The first thing is pace yourself," Jase warns. "There are so many events, so many fun things going on, but you have to remember its a marathon, not a sprint."
He continued: "We would much rather go and really enjoy the things that we want to do the most over trying to go to everything and being way too tired and only half enjoying all of it."
Bella and Jase are high school sweethearts so are well attuned to each other's boundaries, but Bella recommends having a serious conversation with your partner before even stepping foot on the ship.
"Align on boundaries, make sure you know each other's comfort levels and be able to talk about what you're both hoping to explore," she said. "Having that clarity up front will lead to a lot more connection onboard."
And the final point, according to Jase, is to try and put yourself out there to make new connections, no matter how nervous you feel.

"It is perfectly okay to be nervous, everybody is nervous at the beginning especially going on their first cruise like this, but it's really all about going out there and making those connections and it makes such a huge difference," Jase said.
"Yes, you want to connect with your partner and that's the most important thing, having those connections really makes it such a great time on the cruise. Meeting people to go and have dinner with or to dance with at night, doing those things really overall enhances the experience and makes it so much more fun."
If you are feeling particularly nervous, he added a clever hack for getting over those initial feelings of shyness and throwing yourself right in.
"We have a tip that really helped us towards the beginning of our lifestyle journey and that was going and saying hello to the first person you see," he said. "The second you get onboard, just go up and say hello. You can say an easy thing like a little compliment or where are you from, it breaks the ice for you and makes it less nerve wracking."
