We're perhaps living in the most sex positive era of human existence, where it's impossible to go online without hearing about it.
Although we might be talking about it more than ever, it seems as if young people in particular are having it less than ever, with the recent cast of Virgin Island proving how much some folks still have to learn.
Despite the fact that some couples are opening up their relationship or heading to swinging festivals and cruises, some singletons are struggling more than ever to make a sexual connection with strangers, with approaching people in public seemingly a thing of the past.
You might think that watching online pornography might give you an indication of how to perform in the bedroom should you get the chance to impress but rarely does it reflect how sex really looks in real life.

However, that doesn't mean that the people involved don't know about good sex, with popular pornstar Angela White recently explaining the one single thing which will improve everyone's sex life.

While you might be expecting to hear about the best positions or sex toys, the adult actress's advice is actually pretty sound, as she instead focuses on building a rapport with the other person (or people) in the room with you.
She said: "Sex gets better the more you communicate, people are just so scared to talk about sex, but don't you want to be having great sex? I know it can seem awkward but the more you talk about it the easier it gets so just start just start talking about sex with everyone."
White also recently opened up about one of the biggest misconceptions within the porn industry, that a lot of people don't choose to be there and that nearly anyone who is competent in between the sheets could do the job.
She suggested that it takes a very special person to be able to perform on set, and considering she's filmed over 900 scenes, she's certainly very special.
“I would say that people still don’t think performers make the choice to get into porn,” White explained. “That people in porn are only there because they have no other options or that the only reason you could ever do the work is because you’re so incredibly traumatised.
“And all of that is just not true.”
Ironically, one thing which will categorically improve your sex life is to stop watching porn altogether, with doctors even linking too much time on X-rated sites to health issues such as erectile dysfunction.
So while the Australian is right about communication being your best friend in the bedroom, it's important to remember that when you next see her on the screen, what she's filming isn't reflective of real life.
