Woman Sends Hungover Selfie To Mates But Doesn't Spot The Massive Spider

Her friends were worried about her safety

Imagine waking up with a brutal hangover and realising that not only do you have to deal with the choices you made the night before, but also a big spider is resting just centimetres from your face.

Well, one woman from the UK experienced just that after a particularly big night out on the town.

Olivia Nunn, from Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, partied with her mates, as you do, and then went to sleep. Sounds like a pretty ordinary, enjoyable evening.

But the next day she woke up, threw on some clothes and took a selfie to send to her mates to illustrate how hungover she was feeling. Little did she know, there was a cheeky eight-legged creature lurking in the hoodie that she had just put on - and it was right next to her face.

Olivia was apparently oblivious to the spider sitting inside her top, but all her friends on the group chat were freaking out for her safety.

Once the penny dropped, the Middlesbrough woman said she didn't freak out like the rest of us would have - nor did she immediately take off the hoodie, dig a six-foot hole in the backyard, throw the hoodie in the hole, fill in said hole with cement and then burn the house down for good measure.

She was actually quite calm.

"Feel fine tbh spiders are my friends," she told her followers on social media.

The original post went viral thanks to her mate Grace Graham, who wrote on Twitter: "Nearly 24 hours later I still cannot get over Olivia sending a hungover selfie in the group chat and there's a spider just chilling in her hood."

That sparked loads of comments underneath, with many people wondering how Olivia managed to be so chilled about the whole incident.
