We're living in a very sex positive world right now where people are willing to talk far more about what they get up to between the sheets.

Celebrities in particular have made it cool to talk about sex in public again and considering that shock factor usually sells, it's perhaps no surprise that we've heard about the best sex Madonna's ever had recently.

Another big name who has perhaps overshared somewhat is Nikki Glaser, who revealed that she likes to see her boyfriend sleep with other women, which the internet has dubbed as 'swinging'.

This trend is more popular than ever and sees people in committed relationships sleep around, either on their own or together, with some even trying it out for the first time on TV.

Much of the focus will be on sex, with other couples or single women who are on board, but if you're thinking about signing up for future trips, then there are some strict rules that you will have to follow.

If you're willing to spend £5000 or more on an all-inclusive ticket, then you'll have to comply with Killing Kittens' core principles of privacy, confidentiality and discretion, which essentially means keeping the identities and preferences of whoever you meet a secret.

So even if you do have a wonderful experience with someone, maybe don't name and shame them on your TikTok or your podcast.

You've also unsurprisingly got to be nice to everyone you meet and you also cannot lie about your relationships, with single men not permitted on board.

Killing Kittens' focus is on celebrating female pleasure which means that your only chance of getting on board as a man is if your wife or girlfriend suggests it.

Founder Emma Sayle told the Metro that her golden rule is no solo men in the playrooms and she stressed that 'consent' and being a 'decent human being' are everything, which to be fair does rule a lot of single men out.

Another thing you've got to bear in mind before heading out there is the various costumes and outfits you'll need to bring with you, as you're unlikely to get into the themed parties without them.

"You’ll need to adhere to the dress code depending on the theme of the night,’ Emma explains.

"The White party is self-explanatory – it’s all white. The masked ball is black tie and ball gowns with masks; kreatures of the night is woodland, goddesses, nymphs – a chance to play real dress-up.

"Hedonism is beach club wear in the day, and in the night Dominion is latex and leather."
