A swinger has revealed the six reasons why she thinks the lifestyle might be for you.
Olivia, 32, from Lincolnshire, has built a following by providing insights into swinging with her husband Gage, 34.
The pair - known as 'VistaWife' and 'VistaHusband' online - have touched on terms like 'wife snatching' and a 'unicorn', as well as the impact it has had on their children.
They met in 2009 on a night out in Leeds and ended up reconnecting during a summer holiday.

Four years into their marriage, Olivia told Gage about her desire to explore her sexuality, and the pair would go on to meet their first swinging couple.
"They were experienced in this lifestyle, so it was just to get to know each other, and it went really well,” the SwingHub co-founder told The Mirror.

Gage added: "When I finally went upstairs, it was the first time I’d seen her with someone else. It was amazing."
In a video posted on her TikTok page (@vistawife), Olivia has shared the six reasons why swinging might also work for you
You get turned on by the idea of sharing not threatened by it
"If the thought of watching your partner with someone else excites you more than it scares you, even a little...you might already be halfway in," Olivia admits.
You and your partner communicate really well

Partners who communicate well could be well-equipped to work with other people.
"If you can talk openly about sex, jealousy, fantasies, and feelings even the awkward ones swinging might actually strengthen your relationship," she said.
You don't believe sex = love
"If you already see segs and love as separate things, or you’re curious about emotional vs physical boundaries… that’s swinger mindset 101," says the content creator.
You're both doing it for the right reasons, not to fix a problem
Olivia believes that 'swinging should come from a place of exploration, not desperation'.

"If the goal is to spice things up, not patch over issues, you’re on the right track," she added.
You love the idea of building a community, not just chasing sex
The influencer said that 'if you’re excited by events, friendships, and a lifestyle rather than just a quick thing, that’s the right vibe'.
You find yourself checking out other people together
"If you’re already having fun pointing out hot strangers on date night or fantasising about trios, that shared curiosity is gold," Olivia said.
