Morrisons Is Offering Giant Black Fry-Day Breakfast For £5

Black Friday is almost here, but if you don't fancy trying to nab a cut-price telly, or you just feel like taking a break from all your bargain hunting, then Morrison's has got your back with its massive breakfast for a fiver.

Morrisons' Black Fry-day breakfast features 19 items - three rashers of bacon, three sausages, three hash browns, two fried eggs, two slices of black pudding, baked beans, mushrooms, tomato and fried bread. Pretty impressive. I feel like I need to loosen my belt just reading that.

That breaks down as just 26p per item.

The deal is only available on Black Friday, which is this coming Friday (29 November), so there's no time to hang around.

Helen Tordoff, who is head of cafes at Morrisons, said: "We know Black Friday shopping can take a lot out of customers and hope that this Black Fry-Day Breakfast will keep hangry-ness at bay and fuel them through the highs and lows of the big day.

"We're proud to offer deals our customers want and bid them happy bargain-hunting this Black Friday."

After your cut-price brekkie and a bit more shopping, you can then head to a Greene King pub and get yourself a free bev - not bad this Black Friday stuff, is it?

Weary shoppers can head into one of the 1000+ Greene King pubs taking part and claim a free drink, just by flashing a receipt to prove you've earned it by shopping in the Black Friday scrum.

You can choose from a number of Black Friday-themed drinks including a pint of Guinness, a Whitley Neill Original gin served with a Schweppes tonic, a 175ml glass of house wine, a Jack Daniel's and Coke or a Coca-Cola draught soft drink.

Greene King's chief commercial officer Phil Thomas, said: "Black Friday has become one of the biggest shopping days of the year and on a day that's all about spending we thought we'd buck the trend and offer a free drink for thirsty shoppers to enjoy.

"For the more digitally savvy out there, you can complete your Christmas shopping from the comfort of your local pub using your mobile or laptop, and get a free drink for your hard work, as we'll accept digital receipts too!"
