A man wore the same t-shirt while on creatine and compared it to when he wasn't taking it, to showcase its impact on his appearance.
Creatine has become a key fitness supplement for many, as it can help gym nuts build strength and increase their overall fitness at the same time.
It has been revealed by experts that most creatine comes from diet anyway, with it primarily being found in protein-heavy food such as meat and dairy products.
At the same time, creatine is produced naturally in your liver, kidneys and pancreas - but like protein powder, fitness freaks will look at ways to gain an advantage when it comes to reaching their goals and getting in the shape they desire.

But one content creator, who has already shown off before and after snaps when it comes to taking creatine, has revealed how much of a difference it makes when wearing the same shirt.

Gym goers may have noticed a difference in appearance after taking creatine and heading to the gym to get their pump on - and it's not a placebo effect.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, your organs deliver 95 percent of the creatine required to your muscles during physical activity, with the rest going to your heart and brain, as well as other tissues.
Creatine supplements come in forms such as powders, tablets, liquids and energy bars, but they all have the same effect.
Social media personality Cillian Domican explained that his body changed when he stopped taking creatine for three months, and showed how different he looked in the same shirt.
YouTube viewers were left shocked with the difference in how much the shirt was filled out on creatine, compared to off creatine.
He appeared more lean and less bulky without creatine, much like the differences which were obvious in the previous video.
It should be noted that creatine supplements do not build muscle, instead they increase performance by helping speed up energy production.
Alan Aragon, a nutritionist and fitness expert, described creatine as 'King' when it comes to supplements, with studies also finding that it has brainpower benefits.

Aragon said on Steven Bartlett's Diary of A CEO podcast: "There's almost nothing creatine can't do, it’s got the musculoskeletal benefit - believe it or not there’s even benefits for creatine on joint health."
"There are things like improved glucose control, improved memory, different domains of cognition can be enhanced by creatine," he further claimed.
He even claimed that those who take creatine would have a '20 percent increase in lifting capacity', compared to those who don't take the supplement.
It is advised that those with kidney or liver problems steer clear of the supplements, while people on certain medications may be at risk, say the BBC.
