A bellboy from Turkey reportedly never has to work again after a hotel guest left him a substantial sum of cash in his will.

Taskin Dasdan inherited the money from British tourist Charles George Courtney, who he used to look after.

Courtney would holiday at the Korur De Lux hotel once a year, where Taskin worked.

Courtney stayed in room 401 so often, staff would call it 'Charlie's room'.

He was obviously heartbroken once his friend passed away, but was surprised with the generous gesture.

Taskin told the Bayez Gazete: "At the hotel, we treat everyone equally, we treat them as family, not as tourists.

"We got a phone call from England after Charles passed saying that he had left us a large share of his inheritance."

Taskin made Charles feel like part of the family at the hotel - a task that he tries to do with all his guests.

While speaking to local media, the bellboy said Charles also left cash to other hotel colleagues in his will.

He continued to say that the older man, at one stage, had given him some money for his children's education, for which he had been enormously grateful.

Despite having been gifted the sum, the bellboy says that he plans to continue to work in the industry because he loves the job too much.

He enjoys the idea of meeting new people from all around the world.

Fair play.

The amount of money he received along with the late guest's age and time of death are unknown.

Daniel Craig has revealed he won't be leaving his movie star wealth to his kids, saying he plans to 'get rid of it' before he dies as he thinks inheritance is 'distasteful'.

Over recent years, 53-year-old Craig has been raking in the big bucks with his high profile turn as James Bond - having hit number 15 on Forbes' Highest Paid Actors stars list back in 2015, with annual earnings of $27 million.

According to Variety, his salary from the most recent James Bond flick No Time To Die is also estimated to be $25 million.

But it turns out his two daughters won't be cashing in on the action, as Craig has said he would rather 'give away' his fortune before he dies.
