Olly Murs has confessed his bodybuilder girlfriend Amelia Tank is 'the one'.

The couple have been dating since 2019 and the singer seems to have properly fallen for his bodybuilder girlfriend.

The 37-year-old former X Factor star sees himself settling down with Amelia, 29, and is hopes to have a long future together.

On this morning's edition of Lorraine (3 September), host Lorraine Kelly asked him if he thinks Amelia is the one.

Olly responded: "I mean, I think it's pretty obvious that she's the one for me.

"She's just incredible and I'm very lucky to have her in my life. She's been a huge support to me over the past few years.

"Having her in my life has just been amazing. We've got a dog now and my house is now a home having her there now.

"I think I'm signed, sealed, delivered and finished. Finally, at 37 years old I've found the one."

If you were to guess where the pair first met, you'd probably guess right - the gym.

Olly spotted Amelia in 2019 working out across the room.

He says he felt an instant connection with her so he, of course, asked her on a date.

And the rest is history.

Amelia has also been improving her boyfriend's fitness and Murs says he's in the best shape of his life.

Earlier this year, Tank was crowned overall UK champion at the Pure Elite Pro bikini competition, and Murs took to Instagram to celebrate with her, writing: "And still.... undefeated-champ. 6 months work, show postponed, lockdown to deal with and she went and bloody did it! Lost for words! Proud of ya darlin."

However, Murs has since hit back at trolls who were saying 'nasty' stuff online about Amelia.

Speaking to the Sun, the singer said: "Unfortunately, the world we live in means people have a platform to say nasty things.

"There must be an insecurity in them - they decide to be nasty because they know that they can never get a body like that.

"But anyone looking at her photos and saying she looks too manly, I mean, what are they even seeing?"

Amelia added: "You can't please everyone. The only thing that matters is that you feel happy - and I definitely do."

Well said, Amelia.
