A woman has slammed a 'd**khead' delivery driver who trapped an elderly woman in her flat.
Charlie Clarke, from Crystal Palace, London, said her son heard neighbour Dee shouting for help from her flat on Thursday (22 June).
After hearing the pensioner's cries, Charlie raced down to see what the problem was.

When she arrived at her front door, she found a huge parcel - which wasn't even addressed to her - blocking the entrance.
While this might not have been a problem, the way it was placed - lodged under the door handle - meant Dee was unable to get out.
After moving the parcel, Charlie was able to open the door, freeing Dee from her flat.
The 39-year-old was so angered by the delivery driver's actions that she later took to Facebook to share what had happened.
Posting a photo of the package outside the door, Charlie said the driver's 'incompetence' was highly dangerous and could have ended very badly had her son not heard Dee shouting.

"There's ample space either side of the door," Charlie said, speaking about the incident.
"It's a communal hallway and he put it right under her handle. What a d**khead."
She went on: "It's absolutely shocking. Delivery drivers are so careless. It was so bad.
"Was it malicious or just complete carelessness? I think it's just incompetence. It could have been really dangerous. It's definitely a fire hazard.
"My son came in and said Dee was calling me from down on her patio. She said she couldn't open the door it was jammed.

"I told her not to worry and I went down. The parcel was in front of the door so I took a quick picture and moved it out the way.
"She was panicking a little bit. She didn't know what was wrong with the door because the handle was moving a little bit.
"She said if I wasn't in, she would have called the fire brigade but she was absolutely fine. I managed to rescue her."
What made matters even worse was that the offending parcel wasn't even addressed to Dee.

Charlie said: "I asked if she was expecting it and she wasn't. It wasn't even for her. It was for a completely different postcode.
"The companies that use these drivers must be losing thousands in stock. We could have easily kept it. It's crazy."
Yodel has since apologised for the incident and confirmed that it would be investigating what happened.
"The safe delivery of parcels is our number one priority," a spokesperson said.
"We have protocols in place for parcel delivery and the overwhelming majority are delivered correctly first time.

"We are in the process of carrying out a full investigation on this situation and will take appropriate action once this has come to a conclusion."
