A simulation of a nuclear attack has revealed what would happen if a war breaks out between Russia and Britain, with allies of Vladimir Putin claiming that two key UK sites would likely be targeted before the rest of the country is blown up.
Sergei Karaganov, 73, has previously stated that the UK 'should be nuked off the map', claiming it would be a 'terrible sin' if Russia didn't bomb Britain along with the rest of Europe.
Speaking on Russian state television, he said: "But not using them and condemning your people and the world to a major war is an even greater sin. That is an even more terrible sin."
While Karaganov said Russia may not launch a nuclear attack, they may still prepare for it: "This European contagion must be eradicated. We need to prepare to strike, or at least make them understand that we are ready. It won't necessarily be a nuclear strike... but we must prepare."

His thoughts were echoed by Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov, who added that two UK cities must be bombed.
Apparently, Oxford and Cambridge should be targeted so the 'British elite' and their universities can be destroyed.
But it's not just the collegiate cities being targeted, as it seems Putin had a list drawn up of other places in Britain to attack, with three locations in the north of the UK included.
As reported by the Financial Times, Cumbria, Hull and Rosyth are all included as potential targets for a Russian nuclear attack, with 32 areas across Europe also becoming a target.

As fears around conflict intensify, a simulation has demonstrated what a nuclear attack on Britain would look like.

Shared by Visualiser 3D on YouTube, the terrifying AI-generated simulation shows explosions going off all over the UK and its impact if a war broke out without the help of the EU or NATO.
In the first stage of the attack, called ‘initiation’ in the vid, Putin’s military would launch ‘about five dozen tactical nuclear warheads’ in order to destroy Britain's military power.
If Russia did launch an attack, it's previously been estimated that it would take anywhere between 15 and 20 minutes before we are impacted, though we would receive no warning.
The simulation says that across both the UK and Russia, there would be ‘about one million’ casualties in less than two hours of attack.

In stage two, nuclear war would start as Russia attacks the targets ‘that will cause more casualties’ like London and 'major industrial economic centres’, killing about 50 million people.
Nuclear fallout would then follow as the simulation’s ‘stage three’ explains that radiation would spread far and wide.
The terrifying clip shows this as a green mist, spreading across countries and the ocean as people would experience ‘radiation sickness’, killing more humans, animals and wrecking the environment.
As the months go by, millions more deaths will occur.
Let's just hope it doesn't get to that.
