Woman Slams Salt Bae's New Restaurant For 'Rippling Them Off' With Service

The celebrity chef's new gaff in Knightsbridge has come in for some flack since it opened last month, with one customer sharing a photo of their astronomical bill.

However, while we have all become accustomed to Bae's slick serving skills over the years, @zora.eli believes the apple has fallen quite far from the tree in terms of his waiting staff.

In the video, the waiter struggles to plate the dish, dropping what appears to be a slice of cheese from their knife.

Towards the end of the clip, it seems as though a supervisor spots what's going on and comes over to keep an eye on the young server.

A voiceover says: "Omg Nusr-Et explain how I am paying a month's mortgage for this service.

"Tip: return flight plus eat at Nusr-Et Istanbul is cheaper!!"

"Nusr-Et you mugging us Brits?"

The video was posted with the caption: "Don't waste your money at #nusretlondon! He's ripping us off!"

Since it was posted, it has been viewed more than 442,000 times, with hundreds piling into the comments.

Adding to the anger shared in her video, @zora.eli commented: "Just want to say this is not what you expect from a top-end London restaurant. No Michelin star, undertrained staff = f*****g crazy prices!"

While lots were equally as shocked as her by the level of service, one user pointed out that he probably wasn't very experienced.

They said: "You can tell he's new, give him a break, Every starts somewhere."

And while that's a fair point, @zora.eli replied, saying: "Yeah the whole point is that Nusr-Et is luxury. Is this luxury vibes?"

But this isn't the first time Salt Bae's, real name Nusret Gokce, new restaurant has received a bit of criticism.

For that, among other items, they got a 'Giant Tomahawk' steak for £630, a burger for £100 and four Red Bulls for £44.

And by incredible, I mean incredible.

Sharing their thoughts on the restaurant, one person said: "Had to win Squid Game to afford this."

Another quipped: "Came here then realised I couldn't afford anything on the menu. Asked him to just sprinkle salt into my mouth instead. An absolute pleasure. Defo coming back for the pepper next time."

"Sold my left b*****k to eat here... might have to sell my kidney so my kids can come next time," put a third.
