Here are all the weird and wacky stunts Bryan Johnson has performed in a bid to live forever.

An entrepreneur and venture capitalist who made his millions from the sale of payments firm Braintree to PayPal, Johnson now fills his days with an even loftier ambition: to not die.

The 48-year-old regularly goes viral for sharing the extreme lengths he goes to in an attempt to achieve this, with the American recently surprising us all with the results of his partner Kate Tolo's ‘vaginal microbiome report’ with the world.

Yes, you read that correctly.

After announcing to the world that he'd performed oral sex on Tolo, Johnson shared a copy of her vaginal report with us all, revealing a score of 100/100.

Explaining the results, he added: "This is linked to lower risk of BV, UTIs, yeast infections, HPV persistence, HSV-2 and HIV acquisition, preterm birth, and improved IVF outcomes."

Now, Johnson and Tolo aren't wrong in wanting to raise awareness about sexual health, recent studies have revealed a link between oral sex and throat cancer, he certainly has a unique way of going about it.

And this isn't the only time in which Johnson has overshared in the name of biohacking, either.

Weirdest things Bryan Johnson has done in an attempt to 'live forever'

Monitoring his son's erections

Biohacking would appear to be a family-wide pastime in the Johnson household, as father and son collaborated in Johnson's attempts to 'de-age' his penis.

This involves tracking his nighttime erection data, comparing it to that of his 19-year-old son, Talmage Johnson, and sharing the results online.

"Nighttime erection data from my 19-year-old son, Talmage Johnson, and me," he said of the study on X. "His duration is two minutes longer than mine.

"Raise children to stand tall, be firm, and be upright."

Comparing erection data isn't the only part of penis de-ageing either, as Johnson also analyses his semen quality, tracks the amount of blood getting to his manhood, and regularly measures the size of his prostate.

Injecting himself with his son's blood

Talmage's involvement in his father's biohacking doesn't end with d**k measuring either, as the teenager previously donated his own blood to his father's longevity experiments.

Back in 2023, father, son and grandson took part in a 'multigenerational plasma exchange'.

This involved Bryan receiving plasma from Talmage while also donating his own blood to his then 70-year-old father.

However, the blood-swapping experiments were short-lived, as Johnson later revealed he'd stopped injecting his son's blood after seeing 'no benefits'.

An extreme diet

Johnson's longevity research isn't limited to erection measuring and blood swapping, as he also follows a pretty extreme daily diet.

After waking naturally at 5am, Johnson takes his final meal at 11am, spending the rest of the day consuming just 'mineralised liquids'.

Alongside the unusual mealtimes, Johnson also knocks back around 80 different vitamins and mineral supplements each day.

Magic mushroom usage

A more surprising entrant on the list, Johnson has previously experimented with using around 5mg of magic mushrooms, with Tolo documenting the entire process on social media.

Magic mushrooms aren't the only hallucinogenic which he's experimented with, either, as Johnson also documented the effects of taking 27mg of the 'world’s most powerful' hallucinogen, 5-MeO-DMT, which left him 'stunned beyond comprehension'.

A morning routine which puts the rest of us to shame

Given all of the studies Johnson performs on his body, it should come as no surprise that his morning routine is a little extra.

"My morning routine is always evolving as we update protocols. This is what I'm experimenting with right now," he writes on his website.

Here is his reported current routine, which takes an estimated four hours:

1. Wake up around 5 am

2. Oral hygiene

3. Light in eyes

4. Breath work

5. Pre-workout nutrition

6. Exercise

7. Sauna

8. Red/NIR light therapy

9. Focused shockwave therapy on joints

10. Shower

11. Hair growth serum

12. Skincare

13. Breakfast

I guess time will tell if Johnson can achieve his dreams of becoming immortal.
