The social media spat between Donald Trump and Elon Musk is spilling into the weekend, by the looks of things.
The warring pair's public fallout has been unfolding online since Thursday (5 June), despite them initially putting on a united front as the Tesla boss announced he was quitting his role in the administration.
It's all stemmed from President Trump's 'One Big Beautiful Bill Act', which will extend significant tax cuts, exemptions, and spending adjustments if it goes through.

Musk has described it as a 'disgusting abomination', saying that it undermines all the work he put in while heading up the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) as he tried to cut government spending.
Trump then told reporters that their 'great relationship' might have run it's course - prompting his former pal to flood his social media platform, X, with a series of wild tweets.
As well as criticising the President's proposed bill, Musk claimed that he was responsible for Trump winning the 2024 election and even alleged that the 78-year-old commander-in-chief was listed in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
The Space X boss also threatened to decommission the Dragon spacecraft, which brought home astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams after they had been stuck on the ISS for months - thought he has since retracted his statement on that front.

Naturally, Trump hit back on his own social media platform, Truth Social, stating that he had asked Musk to leave DOGE as he was 'wearing thin'.
He said in one post: "I took away his EV Mandate that forced everyone to buy Electric Cars that nobody else wanted (that he knew for months I was going to do!), and he just went CRAZY!"
The former duo have continued their war of words since, albeit with a bit less vigour than before.
Musk has floated the idea of creating a 'new political party to represent the 80% in the middle' - even going as far to share a potential name for it, 'The America Party'.
Trump, on the other hand, has made his feelings very clear about where he stands with the billionaire.

Speaking to reporters on Air Force One on Friday (6 June), the President snubbed any suggestion that the pair might reconcile in the coming days.
"I’m not thinking about Elon," Trump said. "I just wish him well."
Later on, he also decided to repost comments made online by the lawyer who represented disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Trump shared a screenshot of a post made by David Schoen, which appeared to rubbish Musk's earlier claims that Trump is somehow tangled up in the scandal.

"I was hired to lead Jeffrey Epstein’s defence as his criminal lawyer 9 days before he died," Schoen wrote. "He sought my advice for months before that. I can say authoritatively, unequivocally, and definitively that he had no information to hurt President Trump.
"I specifically asked him!"
