Trump's scathing response to Senate after negotiations blow up

Such presidential language...

Donald Trump has been ranting and raging once again, this time at his own country.

The US president has been yelling about a lot of things recently, having taken issue with a recent South Park episode where they mocked him, hit out at the possibility of pardoning Diddy because the convicted rapper spoke against him and moved some nuclear submarines closer to Russia.

On top of that he's also announced a slew of new tariffs and tried to hop onto the 'nothing beats a Jet2 holiday' meme with footage of people being deported.

Trump has been putting out a lot of noise lately and the most recent target for his ire is the US Senate.

The situation is this, Trump has a bunch of nominees he wants to appoint to positions in the executive branch and it's been slow going getting them all approved.

Democrats have been asking for a reverse on several funding freezes in exchange for helping speed up the process and negotiations didn't get over the line before everyone went home for a month of August recess.

This made Donald Trump very upset as he branded the Democrats 'Radical Left Lunatics' for not giving him what he wanted.

Taking to his own platform Truth Social, Trump raged at Democrat politician Chuck Schumer, the minority leader in the US Senate who he called 'Cryin' Chuck Schumer'.

The US president claimed he was being subject to 'political extortion' and that he was facing 'egregious and unprecedented' demands, writing to his own politicians saying they ought to tell Schumer to 'GO TO HELL'.

He really did write that in all caps.

Responding in a press conference, Schumer said he was interested in finding a 'reasonable path' but insisted that Trump wouldn't agree on a deal.

He said: "In a fit of rage, Trump threw in the towel, sent Republicans home, and was unable to do the basic work of negotiating. Is this the ‘Art of the Deal’?"

While Trump has been shouting about the Senate he continues to face questions over his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

Even when he does speak about it there are usually more questions to come as he recently said Epstein 'stole' Virginia Giuffre from his Mar-a-Lago resort.

There is also interest over what's going to happen to Epstein's girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell, who is currently in prison on a 20-year sentence and has been meeting with US government officials as her legal representatives have said she would be willing to testify about Epstein if she was granted certain protections.
