Former MMA fighter Quinton 'Ramage' Jackson has asked for Stuart 'Syko Stu' Smith's forgiveness after his son repeatedly punched him in the head.
Raja Jackson attacked wrestler 'Syko Stu' for thousands to witness on a live stream, jumping into the ring and dropping him before proceeding to punch his head over and over again.
The 39-year-old suffered several blows to the head before Jackson was pulled off him, while he laid on the ground unconscious and 'choking on his own blood'.
Taking place at a KnokX Pro Wrestling event in California over the weekend, social media users were horrified at the state of Syko Stu after the incident, which Rampage Jackson said didn't go according to plan.

While Raja was meant to jump into the ring and throw the wrestler, raining down with several punches to his head wasn't in the script.

The former MMA fighter revealed previously that the wrestler was taken to hospital with 'serious injuries' after wrestlers had to get into the ring to break it all up.
Now, Rampage Jackson has asked Syko Stu for his forgiveness during a Kick stream, acknowledging his son's actions.
Speaking on the live stream, he admitted: “I don’t condone what my son did. I’m gonna let justice play out. I just wish I could’ve been there.

“Hopefully one day I can meet Syko Stu and shake his hand. I hope he can forgive me, myself as a dad, for not understanding everything.”
Speaking while at a bowling alley, the former fighter admitted that he 'feels bad' for Syko Stu and that his family had to see that.
Jackson, 47, said that he wished he was at the event itself, suggesting that things may have gone differently, but the wrestlers that did see what happened up close have also spoken about what they saw.

Wrestler 'The Epic', real name Douglas Malo, said that he 'choked on his own teeth and blood' on the Scaling Up podcast.
When asked if he lost 'all of his teeth', he answered: "A lot of them. Yeah. Broken facial bones. He was out on the slam and then the guy [Raja Jackson] had made contact multiple times.
"I remember seeing that kind of being in shock and then I just went outside of that running in."

Syko Stu's brother thanked fans for keeping him in their thoughts, saying: "He’s currently stable but in critical care. At this time, we’re focused on his recovery and appreciate all the support.

Police have said that they would investigate the incident too, while representatives over at KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy also sent their thoughts to his family, describing the incident as a 'selfish, irresponsible act of violence against Mr Smith'.
