A man who wanted to properly quit vaping decided to try 'vaping as much as he can' for a week to share what he felt like before and after, and saying he 'really messed up' his brain from it.
YouTuber Chris Ivan said he'd 'genuinely had an addiction to these in the past' and had kicked that, but he wanted to quit them for good and decided what he'd do was 're-experience it full on' for seven days first.
Though he was very glad to be off the vapes Chris seemed pretty excited for his week of vaping to be getting back on them, though he made it clear to his viewers 'don't do this, it's not smart, I don't recommend this'.
In his video he described what it was like after he was back onto vaping and how the addictive nature of nicotine was playing a part, saying: "I felt like I needed to have it in my pocket 24/7. The next thing I learned is that it gives me anxiety when I don't have nicotine in my system."

During his week of vaping as much as possible he described feeling 'a little bit jittery' after 'ripping the vape all day'.
That all just made him want to vape even more, resulted in 'more anxiety later'.
If he was jittery and anxious during the week of vaping then afterwards when the withdrawal symptoms kicked in he felt on the receiving end of a 'a big circle of consequences' as he identified the top of his head as a source of tension.
He said: "It really messed up my brain when I got off it.
"And now that I haven't ripped that thing in a few hours, my brain, specifically right here, feels tense and empty. I don't know what that's all about, but that's what I'm feeling."
Vaping, you'll be unsurprised to know, is not good for your health and vape liquids contain the highly addictive substance nicotine.

While it's billed as a healthier alternative to smoking it is not a healthy habit itself, and it can contribute to its own series of health issues.
Chris made it very clear he thought you shouldn't take up vaping and he made the video to discourage people from getting into vaping in the first place.
Getting back into vaping made him jittery and anxious about having the vape all the time, and significantly affected his mind when he was attempting to stop vaping.
This isn't the only time Chris has spent a week doing something highly addictive and seeing what impact it has on him, as he's tried it with the likes of caffeine, smoking, junk food and even his phone.
He also decided to dedicate a week of his life to 'gooning' that left him with a 'brain like mush' and by the end he 'wasn't in the mood to do anything'.
