The original video, which was posted to YouTube, was filmed along Cass River in Michigan, US, and has left many Sasquatch aficionados scratching their heads as to whether it's legit or not.
The short clip, captured by a kayaker, shows a mysterious brown figure wading through the water, appearing to be carrying something in its arms.
But with next to no answers, Bigfoot boffins at the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch Organization (RSMO) have been giving it a good going over.
In another video shared on its YouTube channel, a member of the group says: "I don't know what it is, there are a lot more questions than answers.

"A lot of people think that it's maybe someone with a mosquito net or a face covering.
"There's a side profile screenshot that plainly shows the nose exposed to the air and it's the same colour as the rest of it."
The video is then played over and over again, zoomed in and out and played at different speeds, to try and provide some answers.
The voiceover says: "It may very well be a person. I hear people saying it's someone in hip waders, I've never seen hip waders that go up over your head, I don't know, maybe stretch em' up over his face and head, and I don't know how his big, old schnozz is still sticking out there on the side.
"Yeah, this is just really weird. Hope they're not yanking our chain."
So, still no answers then. How frustrating.

The original video now has over 614,000 views and has racked up well over 2,000 likes.
Previously, investigator Kyle Shaw of the RSMO looked at the footage, but was also left perplexed over whether the clip could be the real deal.
He confessed: "I'm not saying this is Bigfoot, and I'm not saying it isn't."
He continued: "This is obviously shot with a cell phone at 880×656 resolution. It's 30 frames per second. It isn't the greatest footage.
"It's all we have to go with so you be the judge on what you think it is. I don't know what it is."
Back to the drawing board it is then.
