A woman who manages a legal brothel has exposed the regular visitors who you might least expect.
Catherine De Noire runs one of the biggest ones in Europe, apparently welcoming anywhere between ‘500 and 1,000’ clients a day.
So over the past decade, she’s had quite her fill of ‘bizarre’ anecdotes and has come to know the flow of traffic through the doors pretty well.
Researching sex work alongside her role at the brothel, De Noire previously spoke about the different times certain men visit and why they end up going in there in the first place.

Surprisingly, some of her oddest stories don’t even involve anything properly ‘sexual’.
The brothel has its share of ‘regulars’ and yeah, let’s get some of them out of the way now because if we’re being honest, there’s one group we’re unfortunately expecting.

Married men, obviously.
Already having revealed when they come by in the past, she added to Sun Club that the first ‘rush hour’ comes at lunchtime ‘when men pop in’ during their work breaks.

“The next is between 3pm and 5pm, giving them time to get home without raising suspicion,” De Noire said, of men trying to have a quickie without their wives clocking.
Other customers she wasn’t expecting are somewhat close to home - or close to her teeth, at least.
“One of our girls came in to work every Monday, while her husband visited as a client every Friday,” she said.
“Neither of them knew about the other and it wasn’t my place to tell them.
“On another occasion I recognised a familiar face in the corridor - my dentist.

“I realised where he’d been while I had been trying to get an appointment, fortunately, he didn’t recognise me.”
De Noire added that his office had ‘family portraits’ filling it, featuring his ‘wife and kids’ and she thought he might be a little ‘embarrassed’.
Having once discussed a bloke who showed up to the brothel wanting a sex worker to watch him do some plumbing, the manager said many aren’t looking for sex.
“Sometimes they were only after companionship,” she explained.

And that meant one guy paid a worker £4,500 just to ‘drive to a graveyard with him and share a cigarette’.
De Noire previously said on Instagram that the place gets to its busiest between 1am and 4am as a ‘few hundred clients arrive’, usually those who have been partying elsewhere first.
