A man who trains just one of his arms has revealed the heartbreaking reason why.
Content creator Jackson Schop, who competed in his first bodybuilding show last year, has two very different-looking arms.
The American bodybuilder has one very muscular arm, while the other is significantly slimmer.
With over 70k followers on Instagram, where he shares regular fitness updates, viewers are always asking him about his unique-looking physique, as is the case with the guy who trains only one trap and one side of his body.

However, the key difference with Jackson is that he is physically unable to train his other arm because of an accident in 2021.
Whilst he's accepting of all of the 'joke comments' online, Jackson revealed in a previous post what happened.
"Hey guys! Just wanted to explain what happened," he began.

"I was involved in a snowmobile accident in January 2,022, causing paralysis of my left arm.

"I love all the joke comments so don’t get offended for me. Sincerely, Your Roblox Avatar."
When Jackson was discharged from the hospital, he decided to 'get in the best shape of my life, regardless of my paralysed arm'.
"I can officially say I accomplished my goal," he added. "Part of me doesn’t really know how I accepted it.

"I would say, for the most part, I just realised there’s nothing I can do about it. So why focus on what I can’t control?"

Instead, he said he decided to 'focus on' what he could control in his life, and it 'allows me to excel in other areas of my life, like, for example, fitness - I’m in the best shape of my life'.
"But if I were to focus on my paralysed arm, complain and be a victim to my injury, I would not be where I am today," he continued.
It took Jackson one and a half years to get into incredible shape, and in October 2024, he competed in his first-ever bodybuilding show.
After sharing his inspiring journey online, viewers were full of praise.
