If you're the type of person who struggled to open jars or carry all the shopping from the car in a single trip, then Natalia Kuznetsova is here to make you feel even worse about yourself.
The Russian powerlifter has shared some amazing images of herself after taking an 18-month break from the sport. And she's bigger than ever.

Natalia plans to make a return to powerlifting at an event in Moscow, just a year-and-a-half after announcing her 'retirement', after deciding that she can't give up the sport just yet.
As well as making a return to powerlifting, Natalia will also be coaching others to help them achieve their potential.
She said: "People definitely recognise me. An athletic body can be seen under clothes. Many people recognise me, ask to take a photo with them. Many people even know my name."
The athlete got involved in the sport when she was just 14, weighed around six stone and was hoping to gain some weight. However, she now weighs 14 stone and has set numerous records.
Natalia, who has the nickname of the World's Most Muscular Woman, has set several world records, including one for her 26st 11lb bench press and a 37st 12lb deadlift.
You won't be surprised to learn getting in shape for competitions takes a lot of time and effort. Natalia spends hours training every day and sticks to a strict diet, whether on or off season.
She uses social media to document her progress and has almost 200,000 followers on Instagram.
But despite gaining a bunch of fans, Natalia said she's also be criticised for how she looks and received some horrible comments. I doubt any of them would say it to her face.
