Although a huge number of celebrities have opted to use weight loss drugs for their own body transformations, one Hollywood legend has gone down a very different route.
Fans are struggling to even recognise John Goodman after he was snapped in an Instagram post recently, with the 74-year-old looking entirely different to how most might remember him from Roseanne or The Borrowers.
Goodman's booming voice is certainly recognisable, given he voiced Sully in Monsters Inc and Baloo in The Jungle Book 2 but he certainly looks very different to how he used to, losing a reported 90kg (200lbs) over an extended period.
Instead of utilising Ozempic or Mounjaro like the people of today, Goodman credits a number of health and diet decisions for his drastic change in weight, and it's certainly paid off for the American actor.

Fellow actor David de Luise, who you might recognise from Wizards of Waverley Place, shared a picture alongside Goodman calling him a legend and a huge part of his childhood, but most of the comments couldn't even believe it was him.
One commenter said: "I love John Goodman! Yes he looks very different but I bet he feels great!"
Another posted: "Is that John Goodman???? He’s unrecognisable."
A third wrote: "He’s so much skinnier than I remember seeing him!"
Although Goodman has dodged the celebrity trend of using GLP-1 drugs he has followed in the footsteps of many by going sober, something which has helped him with his steady weight loss over the past 20 years or so, having given up booze back in 2007 following a 30-year battle with alcoholism.
Speaking to The Guardian back in 2012, the American actor spoke about his addiction to alcohol and his decision to go sober.
He said: "It was getting to be too much. It was 30 years of a disease that was taking its toll on everyone around me and it had got to the point where, every time I did it, it was becoming more and more debilitating.
"It was life or death. It was time to stop."

Having previously called his time being 400lbs 'a waste' due to the creative energy that was required to figure out what he was going to 'eat next', Goodman also switched to a healthier Mediterranean diet.
He also ditched drinking for personal training sessions and exercised six days per week, making sure to hit between 10,000 and 12,000 steps.
Speaking to radio host Howard Stern in 2016, Goodman explained: “I took it slow. I just wanted to change my lifestyle,
“It's an ongoing process for the rest of my life.
“You look in the mirror everyday and go, ‘I gotta deal with this the rest of the day, I gotta deal with this schmuck?’”
