Jeremy Clarkson has been through the wringer health-wise over the last couple of years.
Between experiencing brutal side effects from weight loss jabs and his brush with death in 2024, the Top Gear legend has had a lot on his plate.
But after 'quite a fraught year', the 66-year-old says he is now back on the mend.
Clarkson is set to give fans a candid view of what he's been through in the fifth season of Clarkson’s Farm, which returns to Prime Video on 3 June.

A trailer for the next instalment of the hit series dropped on Monday (18 May), which included footage of the TV star in hospital following his terrifying health scare that took place around a year and a half ago.
For those who aren't well versed in Clarkson's medical history, here's a bit of a debrief - in October 2024, he announced that he'd undergone heart surgery after doctors delivered some stark news to him.
He first noticed something wasn't right while he was holidaying in the Seychelles earlier that year, as diving off a boat left him with the realisation he 'can't do it any more'.
After somewhat overexerting himself in the water, Clarkson headed back to the UK and then woke up feeling 'clammy, with a tightness in his chest'.
His arm also froze and was experiencing pins and needles, so he called an ambulance and was rushed to the hospital.

There, a CAT scan revealed that two of Clarkson's vital arteries were occluded. He had urgent surgery to insert two stents into his chest to keep the blood vessels open.
Doctors warned he was 'days from death' and also told him to give up high-fat and processed foods, which led to him trying Ozempic and subsequently Mounjaro.
In the trailer for Clarkson's Farm series five, fans of the show saw footage of The Grand Tour star laid up in a hospital bed while hooked up to an electrocardiogram (ECG).
Clarkson is then seen discussing his health woes with his trusty farmhand Kaleb Cooper, as he says: "You’ve got three arteries that feed your heart to keep it pumping. My heart wasn’t getting any blood."
But the good news is, the journalist is now feeling much better after implementing some drastic lifestyle changes.

During an appearance on Heart Breakfast on Thursday (21 May), he opened up about his current condition after a chaotic few years.
Host Jamie Theakston, 55, commented that Clarkson looks 'very well' these days, adding: "I know you’ve had a couple of health scares recently."
"Yes, it’s fat jabs," Clarkson said, before joking: "I look like a Lowry painting."
He then explained that he is now 'well' and went on to say: "Yes, it was quite a fraught year last year but no I’m absolutely fine now. Tickety-boo!"
What else featured in the trailer for Clarkson's Farm season five?
Government farming protests

In the trailer Clarkson states that everyone has been telling him 'not to speak out', including Prime Video he claims, about farming and the inheritance tax.
Rachel Reeves, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, changed inheritance tax laws to ensure that agricultural assets worth more than £1,000,000 would be liable to a 20% tax. Including farms, these assets were previously exempt but are still being taxed at half the usual inheritance tax rate. Clarkson was outspoken in protests about this, saying it was 'the end' for farmers, and this will clearly be touched on the fifth season of the show.
Travellers showed up to his Farmer's Dog pub and broke onto the grounds

Clarkson's Farm will show the presenter dealing with 150 traveller's who broke a padlock to enter the grounds of his pub (Prime Video)
Clarkson is shown in season five calling Charlie Ireland, informing him a group of 150 travellers had showed up at the Farmer's Dog. Speaking about this in his column for The Sunday Times, he said: "In the olden days you’d call the police and they would at least try to sort it out, but times have changed.
"The question of who owns something is a kind of vexing grey area, and if you want to break into a pub car park and then spend the morning racing your horses and traps up and down the A40, then you go right ahead."
He stated however that he thought the Traveller's community should be treated with respect, saying: "Basically, treat them like the Canadians treat their neighbours south of the border. Smile sweetly and hope they don’t come over."
Clarkson's Farm season five will be available to stream on Prime Video 3 June.
