Kim Kardashian has clapped back at people criticising North West's bold new look.
The businesswoman and socialite, 45, seems to believe that the online discourse about North's appearance is being drastically blown out of proportion.
And earlier this week, she swiftly got into mama bear mode and jumped to her daughter's defence in the comment section of a TikTok.
The 12-year-old has been hitting the headlines over the last few months for her daring fashion choices, and the fire was further stoked after she was spotted with what appeared to be a body modification on her finger.

So, as I'm sure you can imagine, sh*t really hit the fan on social media when the youngster shared snaps of herself sporting bright blue braids, two fake face tattoos, a few more piercings, and a black grill in her mouth.
Given that she hasn't even hit her teenage years yet, a lot of people seem to think that North is growing up too fast.

On TikTok, Daily Mail Australia shared a post about this topic with the headline: "North West, 12, worries fans with new look."
Kim then found herself among the thousands of people taking to the comment section to share their thoughts.

The mother-of-four - who also shares children Saint, Chicago and Psalm with ex-husband Kanye - wrote from her and her daughter's joint account: "This is such a non-issue," while adding a 'loudly crying emoji' for good measure.
A host of TikTokers then followed suit, sharing their support for North expressing herself through her style.
One person said: "She's being a kid. Let her be," while another added: "Leave this child alone. She's basically playing dress up with her friends."
A third added: "Pretty sure every 12 year old experiments and tries out crazy looks?"
And a fourth chimed in saying: "So glad social media wasn’t around when I was going through my teen experimental discovering myself phase. The internet is crazy man."

Kim previously addressed the backlash both she and North have received for her outfits during an appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Me Daddy podcast on 15 October.
"As a mum, you're kind of learning at the same time," she told listeners. "But what I do know is my baby's such a good girl and such a sweet girl.
"The things that she has experienced, where she might have been outspoken or did something, she learns from that.

"She does listen to me but in other areas I'm like, 'Babe, if you want blue hair, it is what it is'. It makes her so happy. I would never take that creativity away from her."
Kim said her eldest child 'doesn't really care if someone says they don't like' an aspect of her appearance, while praising North for being 'so confident'.
"I just think anyone that's raising kids, especially four kids by myself, I'm doing the best that I can and my babies are good babies," she added. "So, I just urge everyone to not be judgmental and to have grace on single mums trying to figure it all out with a pre-teen. It's a lot."
LADbible Group has previously contacted Kim's representatives for comment.
