It’s been just over a week since Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding took over a chunk of New York City and we still don’t really know heaps about it.
There’s the confirmed guests and the fact that Adam Sandler officiated their ceremony as well as some leaked photos and details but a lot of it has been kept under wraps.
And it turns out it was all so ‘secret’ even the guests didn’t know much about what would be happening with details withheld until closer to the big day.
Alongside the likes of Lena Dunham, Adam Scott, Fergie and Eric Stonestreet was Jennifer Nettles.

The country music star collaborated with Swift back in 2018 for her band Sugarland’s hit ‘Babe’. And she says it was so ‘special’ to be a part of the celebrations.

She opened up about the illustrious wedding to PEOPLE as she said it was ‘beautiful’ to get to witness such an ‘important time in their lives’.
Nettles said: “To be a part of even a small part of their story for me was super special because, obviously, these are two people who are at the absolute top of their industry, the top of their game, the top of their craft, the top of their artistry.”
Having been surprised at just getting an invite, the country star said it ‘all surprised’ her as obviously, ‘no one knew anything’.
“I guess people had — there were leaks here and there where people were guessing, but no one knew for sure where we were going until much closer to the time,” Nettles continued.
She went on to claim Swift is the ‘biggest of all time, really of our generation’ as she reckons ‘you can’t touch her’ as a songwriter.

“I’m so proud to have been even a little part of her story,” the singer added. “Obviously, throughout her history, she and I have worked together before, and I have such an admiration for her and what she has done.”
There were reportedly roughly 1,000 names on the guest list for Swift’s wedding to Kelce from the likes of BBC Radio 1 DJ Greg James to Hollywood star Jessica Alba.
But while many major names are said to have been there, noticeable celebs missing included Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively.
And with it all kept so ‘secret’, it’s reported that four members of staff were even escorted out of Madison Square Garden for taking pictures.
