TikTok user Britt Barbie has one again gone viral after posting a song rendition of her popular catchphrase 'period, ahh!'

The now beloved phrase first surfaced in August this year, when Britt Barbie shared a haul of back to school items.

After showing each item on camera, she exclaimed, “Period, ahh."

TikTok users flocked to the video, finding the catchphrase hilarious, and racked up millions of views for Britt Barbie.

This led to her going on to use the phrase in further videos.

Britt initially went viral in February of 2022 after uploading a video on TikTok about hair growth.

She revealed she didn’t know that hair grew from the scalp, telling her followers: “Just found something out, I never knew that your hair grows from up here. I never knew that.”

She added: “I always thought that your hair grows from right here (pointing towards the ends of her hair).

“Is there hair in my head? Like actually like in there? Where is it coming from? Like, I’m scared for real. I don’t know… Is it like in my forehead?!”

The video helped Britt rise to fame on TikTok, despite the truth of her claims remaining unclear.

However, despite the usual popularity of her content, with her other videos typically receiving between 1 million and 3 million views, her song 'Period, ahh. Period, uhh' has seen the most views on her page.

It currently sits at 33.7 million views and 3.9 million likes.

The video has since been duetted by celebrities, including Baby Tate, Chloe Bailey and Bebe Rexha, adding to the song’s popularity.

Fans have also demanded a full version of the song, prompting Britt Barbie to release an extended version.
