The macabre murders committed by Wilson in October 2019 have been thrust back into the spotlight this week amid the release of a new documentary.
The second season of the Netflix series, Worst Ex Ever, has just made its return to the streaming platform and the 31-year-old death row inmate is the subject of the first episode.
Take a look at the trailer here:
The docuseries has unearthed harrowing new details about the murders that Wilson committed, as well as what was going on in his life in the years leading up to them.
His former girlfriend Kelly Matthews appears in the true crime documentary Worst Ex Ever, while the contents of the interviews he had with cops following his arrest have also been published.
Wilson was coldly heard bartering with officers about revealing the location of one of his victim's bodies - which he said he would do in exchange for 'some french fries and a burger'.
His callousness was again put on display when he offered an explanation as to why he had taken the lives of two women when talking to investigators.
"I’m so crazy when I’m on drugs, the rage overcomes me," Wilson said. "I’m not thinking properly and I guess you know, what comes across my mind [is] to murder.
"Just murder, murder, just kill, kill, kill."

Wilson - who earned an army of admirers during his trial - brutally murdered Kristine Melton, 35, on 7 October, 2019, at her home in Cape Coral, Florida, shortly after meeting her at a bar.
The Deadpool killer then stole her car and fled the property before driving to the home of his former girlfriend Melissa Montanez to assault her.
Just hours later, Wilson encountered Diane Ruiz and asked her for directions before luring her into the vehicle. Horrifically, he then strangled the 43-year-old, hurled her out of the car, and ran her over repeatedly.
In wake of his arrest the following day, the heavily tattooed death row prisoner told officials that he 'used his charm and his good looks' to win the women over, as seen in Worst Ex Ever.
"That’s what I did with the first girl [Melton] and that’s how I got her in bed," he said mercilessly. "And then look what happened to her. Same story with this. I just used my looks."
Wilson had 'excitedly' phoned his father, Steven Testasecca, after murdering Melton and Ruiz. His dad previously told a court that his son bragged about running his second victim over 'until she looked like spaghetti'.

Testasecca reported Wilson to the police and while he was in custody, he urged the murderer to 'fix' the situation by cooperating with investigators.
In a subsequent conversation with Detective Nicholas Jones, Wilson brazenly recounted the details of what had occurred on 7 October, 2019.
Discussing how he and Melton had met at a bar, the killer said: "I went up to her and bagged her, simple.
"After twenty minutes of being in the house, her friend left and then I killed her. I was like, you know what? I’ve already done it once, I’m going to do it again."
He then recalled how he had 'randomly' saw Ruiz walking down the street that he was driving down, adding: "And I was like, 'That’s the one'."

"She got in the car and that’s all it took," the killer said, explaining he struck up a conversation with his victim after pretending to need directions to a local school.
"From there, we drove to the school and I was gonna drop her off, but in my mind, I knew I wasn’t going to drop her off. She really wanted to get out of the car at that point.
"I could sense your fear, I’m like a f*****g lion and I’m like your the prey and I could sense it. [I] grabbed her by the neck and choked her. She was a fighter, that’s for sure."
He told Detective Jones that he 'pushed her out of the car' before he then ran her over until she 'wasn't moving anymore'.
Season 2 of Worst Ex Ever is available to stream on Netflix now.
