When it comes to matters of the bedroom, many of us don't like talking about what might be going on there.

And I'm not talking about the lack of sleep you're getting.

Fortunately for those of us who are only getting sleep in bed, intimacy coaches exist.

And one has opened up about the most common questions she's received from women.

Susan Bratton is a relationship and intimacy expert, and has written 34 books on the subject.

Some titles include 'Relationship Magic', 'Revive Her Drive', and 'Sexual Soulmates: The Six Essentials for Connected Sex'.

You could say if there's anyone who knows sex, it's her.

She recently appeared for an interview on Steve Barlett's podcast The Diary of a CEO and opened up about common questions she gets.

Bartlett posed a hypothetical to her: "If you get an email to your inbox and it's from a woman...if you had to bet what the question in that email was, what would your guess be?"

Without hesitating, Bratton responded: "My libido is GONE. And I feel really guilty. I'm not interested in sex.

"Or 'There's something wrong with me. I'm unhappy, I'm unfulfilled. I don't feel like what I'm doing is right'.

"That's most common with women."

If we were to flip the scenario on its head, what emails is Bratton expecting if the sender's name is male?

She had the answer locked and loaded: "Sexual bio-hacking. Erectile dysfunction. Penis enlargement, male enhancement.

"A lot of men ask me 'I think there's something wrong with my penis'."

It's no secret that many men struggle with their self esteem when it comes to their genitalia.

But given that the man with the world's biggest penis has to have his underwear specially made for him, it might not be a total walk in the park to be well-endowed.

She also said that many men come to her feeling ashamed of their desire.

Linking back to women who have low libidos, there are men who struggle with not having the sex life they want with their partners.

And on the classic question of quality over quantity, Bratton claims that fixing the former will increase the latter.

How much sex should a couple getting?

Well, the views on this are mixed - the general consensus is that it varies from couple to couple.

However, one US study put the figure at once a week was enough for a happy relationship.

There'll be some people thinking that's a rookie number, and others looking on in envy.

It just goes to show that we're all different, even in the boudoir.
