Liver King admits he's back doing steroids after losing loads of muscle and strength

He went off the juice for 220 days and didn't like not being able to lift things like he used to.

Liver King has admitted he's back on steroids after going 'natty' aka natural for 220 days.

The social media influencer shocked the world when he revealed he had been taking performance enhancing drugs.

He had grown a huge following after claiming he managed to get his incredible size by eating a carnivorous diet and working out loads.

He issued a public apology saying he has 'f**ked up’ and ‘misled’ many people.

“Before social media I was rich and anonymous and after social media I’m still rich but no longer anonymous and I never expected this kind of exposure in the public eye.

“It’s been tricky as f**k to navigate… Clearly, I did it wrong and I’m here now to set the record straight.

“Yes, I’ve done steroids and yes, I am on steroids monitored and managed by trained hormone clinicians.”

The admission saw him give up all the juice.

That included steroids, growth hormones, peptides, or anything else synthetic.

He posted monthly updates on his website about how much weight he was losing as a result of this new lifestyle.

In December when he made his bombshell revelation, he weighed 202 pounds (91kg).

Fast forward to July this year and he had dropped to 182lbs (82kgs).

Liver King, whose real name is Brian Johnson, has posted a new video to his YouTube page explaining why he ditched the 'natty' mentality.

He said there had been speculation that he'd jumped back on the juice and wanted to set the record straight.

“I don’t like the idea of losing over 20 pounds of muscle," he said.

"I don’t like the idea that became the reality of losing a lot of strength.”

He said he found his ability to lift the same weights he did during his steroid use was near impossible.

“I have decided to go back on it, I am taking testosterone," he said.

"It’s a cream. I do three clicks of it a day. I’m also doing a growth hormone.”

Johnson said his decision to do steroids and growth hormones again is because he's done what he needed to 'prove'.

"I've done what I need to do I've proven what I needed to prove to me the commitment that I made to my boys to my family to all the primals out there as I would never lie," he said.

"I'm living my life by my terms not somebody else's."
