After Donald Trump recently made 'big time drug addict' comments about his former 'first buddy', Elon Musk has shared results of an official drug test.
Previous claims accused the Tesla boss of taking ketamine so frequently it was causing him bladder problems. It's alleged that while he served as one of the US President's advisors, he would travel with a daily supply of pills.

In March 2024, he said during an interview on The Don Lemon Show that he was taking ketamine under a physician's orders for the treatment of depression.
Musk claimed he was taking a 'small amount' about 'once every two weeks'.
"If you’ve used too much ketamine, you can’t really get work done, and I have a lot of work," he told Lemon.

He also praised the use of ketamine therapy for treating depression as he said that it's 'helpful for getting you out of a depressive mind state'.

It's said that Trump was concerned about Musk's drug use and it was one of the reasons why the relationship eventually came to such a fiery end.
But despite the influx of reports of this drug use (also including ecstasy and psychedelic mushrooms), a post on X this morning (17 June) appears to show 'negative' results for Musk.
Sharing a photo of the laboratory report from United States Drug Testing, he simply wrote: "Lol."
When Musk began slamming Trump on X recently, the president made calls to various confidants and acquaintances. And The Washington Post reports that during one call, he made the allegation about the tech boss' alleged drug habits as he attempted to understand his behaviour, with the 'messy break-up' unfolding publicly.

Claims in the New York Times say he used so much ketamine during last year's campaign trail that it was impacting his bladder and that he traveled with a pill box with Adderall markings and with about '20 pills'.

When previously asked for comment on the claims and whether Musk did any drug tests, White House spokesperson Harrison Fields was accused of skirting the question.
"Few CEOs in America would leave the comfort of the C-suite to serve in the federal government,” he said in a statement. “Yet Elon Musk did just that, joining the Trump Administration’s efforts to cut waste, fraud and abuse. DOGE and its core mission is now embedded in the fabric of the federal government and continues to drive efficiency and save taxpayer dollars.”
