The mastermind behind the libel trial that has had millions of viewers hooked for the last six weeks, is Camille Vasquez.
She is currently the lawyer of Johnny Depp for the defamation trial against ex-wife Amber Heard.
Vasquez has captured the hearts of viewers all around the world tuning into the livestreamed court case, her ruthlessness, determination and ultimately passion for her client’s justice has become the one of the biggest talking points for over a month as the trial has proceeded.

Camille was born in California, USA to parents Leonel and Maria Vasquez. She graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and communications. Following this and her inquisitive nature, Vasquez decided to attend South Western Law School, where she obtained a Juris Doctorate degree.
After seven years of law experience she got the attorney position at Mannat, Phelps & Phillips LLP, but left a year later to become a member of the international law firm Brown Rudnick, the company she currently works for.
She currently resides in Orange County, California but is said to live an extremely private life. She has never married and is currently single, however laughed off rumours presented to her by a journalist outside the court that she and Depp were dating. The two have seemed to be very close throughout the trial, however Miss Vasquez and Mr Depp have remained professional as it is most probably the case that they are just two individuals extremely passionate where the trial is concerned.
