You've probably seen the box that holds a hot tub or small pool. It'll usually show a family or a group of mates chilling in the water, looking like they're having the best time ever.

Unfortunately, if you're doing that sort of activity in Saudi Arabia - you've got to cover up.

Twitter went into meltdown when comparative photos were released of a Saudi Arabian company's Photoshop skills.

The swimming pool is manufactured by Californian-based firm Intex Corp, which specialises in pools and airbeds.

Not only is the woman completely photoshopped out of the image and replaced with a Winnie the Pooh inflatable ball, but the kids and older man have been given t-shirts.

Naturally, people had some strong opinions on the matter.

Other Twitter users claim in some Saudi stores, tape is placed over a woman's head on hair dye boxes. But it's not the first time people have noticed women being erased from Saudi Arabian advertisements.

In 2012, IKEA had to apologise for removing all the women from their Saudi catalogue. The Metro compared the Swedish and Saudi versions and found that every woman had been taken out of the booklet.

IKEA said in a statement: "We should have reacted and realised that excluding women from the Saudi Arabian version of the catalogue is in conflict with the IKEA Group values."

When Starbucks opened in the country, authorities removed the iconic long-haired woman from the logo and instead left just her crown.
