Google's most searched sex questions of 2025 officially unveiled

LADbible can exclusively reveal what we've all been searching up this year

Each year, there seems to be new sex trends, practices and terms to keep up.

And as much as we might all like to pretend we’re clued up and up to date with the latest lingo, you’ve got to admit there’s still the occasional Google search for an explainer.

Although it’s not just the trends and nicknames people have been trying to get the downlow on, as it seems there’s also been a fair bit of searching for other answers regarding all things sex.

Just like how Spotify does its Wrapped of your year in music, LADbible can now exclusively reveal the UK’s top trending questions on sex on Google for 2025.

And I’ve got to say, it’s pretty health-centric this time around.

‘Why do i bleed during sex’

Yep, unfortunately, this has ranked in the top trending question this year over many of the various sex trends that have been doing the rounds.

But I guess it’s good to see that people are actually seeking some level of information or help if they’re experiencing this.

Assuming this is being asked by those with a vagina, the NHS can provide you with the answer.

“Bleeding from your vagina between periods or after sex can have a lot of different causes. It's not usually serious, but always get it checked by a doctor,” it says.

'What is gooning gen z’

Now this is one that certainly made its way onto the LADbible desk when it was going viral.

This trend simply involves masturbating either alone or with a partner and getting close to the climax, before stopping and carrying on again. Essentially, the latest version of ‘edging’, and experts say this can make your arousal last pretty long.

‘Where is a womans g spot’

Now, come on. This one’s a little embarrassing for people to be searching up on Google, let’s be honest. But hey, at least people are actually educating themselves rather than just guessing, I suppose.

Either way, let’s get into the answer so we can make sure it’s not cropping up again in next year’s round-up.

Some researchers aren’t actually sure if the ‘G-spot’ truly exists or not really but it’s basically a zone or an area located on the vagina’s anterior wall.

While it varies from person to person (as everyone’s anatomy differs), it’s thought to be about two to three inches inside the vagina. And when this area is stimulated, it triggers sexual arousal and, for some, can lead to an orgasm.

‘How often do married couples have sex’

Now, this could either be saying a lot about the sex life of some couples, or the fears of those unmarried about how often they may be getting down to it in the future.

There’s long been the joke that sex gets less and less once you’re wed, but it does seem that lately, it’s gotten even lower.

Psychologist Simon Sherry wrote: "Americans in their 20s have sex about 80 times per year, approximately once every four to five days. That number drops to 20 times per year for those in their 60s."

He confirmed that married men and women both reported a drop in frequency after tying the knot.

Sherry added: “Married people tend to have sex more frequently than non-married people—but even married people are having less sex. The percentage of married men who reported having sex at least once a week declined from 71.1 percent to 57.7 percent between 2000 and 2018. The percentage of married women who reported the same also decreased (69.1 percent to 60.9 percent)."

‘When can you have sex after c section’

Well, this is a pretty important question to be Googling, given a caesarean section is a rather major surgery, let alone the fact that the body will have been literally growing and carrying a tiny human beforehand.

Following a c-section, women typically tend to stay in hospital for one or two days and 'may need to take things easy for several weeks’.

Discomfort can last for several days, if not weeks, and the NHS says you may not be able to get back to having sex straight away.

It simply says: “Only start to do these things again when you feel able to do so and do not find them uncomfortable. This may not be for six weeks or so.

“Ask your midwife for advice if you're unsure when it's safe to start returning to your normal activities.”

Essentially, there are no rules for when people can start having sex or intimacy again after a C-section, but many tend to wait until their wound is healed, the blood loss has stopped and simply when they feel more comfortable to do so.
