That CV is gonna jump out of the pile, isn't it?

We're often told growing up that we can be whatever we want to be - and it seems this was a message David Joyner took on board.

After playing Barney the Dinosaur from 1991 to 2001, he did what any retired dinosaur would do and set up his own tantric sex business.

Yes, after spending a decade entertaining children, women are now his focus, with clients forking out hundreds of dollars for three to four-hour sessions, in which he 'unblocks energy'.

That's quite the career shift.

For their money, his clients are promised a ritual bath, chakra balancing and a massage - which can apparently lead to 'mind-blowing' orgasms.

Wow Barney, you dirty dinosaur.

For David, becoming a tantric sex man was a natural progression for a former dinosaur.

Speaking to Vice back in 2018, he said: "The energy I brought up [while] in the costume is based on the foundation of tantra, which is love.

"Everything stems, grows, and evolves from love. Even when you have emotionally blocked energy, the best way to remove it is to remove it with love, and then replace it with God's divine love. Love heals and allows you to continue to grow."

But while his energy may be the same, he certainly says things now that you wouldn't expect to come out of Barney's mouth.

David has well and truly left the child-friendly dinosaur behind.

Take this, for example: "When the lingam [penis] and the yoni [vagina] meet, there's a certain energy that takes place that hands on the body alone cannot create.

"When you go down on a woman, it should be just like you're saying grace, like blessing the food you're about to receive.

"No food in the world can compare to goddess nectar because spirit is involved.

"Before you taste the goddess nectar, give thanks. Say grace. I would love women to understand how powerful that energy is."

Mmmm, goddess nectar, the preferred meal of every purple dinosaur.

Tantric sex has been around for years, but made its way into the public eye when Sting said he and his wife, Trudie, were big fans.

According to the Source School of Tantra Yoga, it focuses on combining passion, love and consciousness to turn sex into a form of mediation.

The school makes no mention of 'goddess nectar', though.
