Tara Reid has doubled down on the claims that she was spiked after she was rushed to hospital late last month.
The 50-year-old, who rose to fame in the sex comedy series American Pie, was seen slumped over a wheelchair at the bar of the DoubleTree hotel in Rosemont, Illinois, on Saturday 22 November.
Reid claimed that she'd left a drink unattended at the bar, which was her only one of the night, but after finishing it, she blacked out and woke up in hospital more than eight hours later.
In her incident report, she wrote: "The last thing I remember was drinking that drink and seeing a couple sitting next to us. The next thing I remember was waking up in the hospital around 8 hours or more later not knowing where I was or anything that happened.

"I completely blacked out with no recollection of anything. I don't remember leaving the hotel, I don't remember being in the ambulance or anything."
However, Rosemont Police have confirmed that they are not investigating any suspects as they feel no crime has been committed, having surveyed video surveillance from the night.
In a statement, they said: "While video surveillance showed Tara Reid at the hotel bar, at no time did video show anyone tampering with or adding something to her drink."

Reid, who also recently broke up with her long-time partner, has immediately hit back at police claims, suggesting that 'no one ends up in the hospital incapacitated for over eight hours after a drink'.

She said: "Last thing I remember is having one drink and waking up in the hospital the next day without remembering anything. That was the scariest feeling I have ever felt. I felt so helpless.
"This has been a horrifying experience for me that is severely affecting my mental health.
"I cannot sleep over this. It’s a very scary feeling not knowing what happened to me. I believe I was drugged. Something happened to me."
Officers also conducted interviews and studied video footage from the bar that night but found nothing out of the ordinary. They also have said they are currently waiting for 'hospital records' to determine any 'specific chemical testing' Reid may have received.
"We are working with Tara Reid to receive those records which she has also not received," law enforcement added.

Reid also claimed that Youtuber Sean P, who was with her shortly before she blacked out, may have tampered with her drink.
However, he has vehemently denied her allegations that he spiked her and suggests that Reid's behaviour changed rapidly after the two planned to head outside for a cigarette.
Law enforcement also reported that a bartender covered her drink while she was away, which is standard practice.
