The Haunting of Bly Manor will be landing on Netflix in Autumn, the streaming service has confirmed.
Posting a teaser picture to Facebook, the official page for the series - which comes from the creator of the extremely popular Haunting of Hill House - wrote: "The Haunting of Bly Manor arrives this fall. Until then... look beneath the surface."
And the crowd goes wild - at least in the comments section they are anyway. One wrote: "One of the most underrated shows ever. So well written and the cast was great. Can't wait for this."

Another added: "Can't wait! Haunting of Hill House is probably one of the best series I have ever watched." While a third commented: "Haunting of Hill House literally wrecked my heart. Hands down one of the BEST shows I think I've ever seen. The way you get us so invested and attached to the characters is just so intense! SO EXCITED FOR THIS."
Not only have we had the announcement that it will be coming in a matter of weeks but the creators have also shared some first look images:
Last month, we were over the moon to discover that the fan favourite was still on track for a 2020 release and this confirms all we wanted to know.

Filming for the second installation wrapped back in February after creator and director Mike Flanegan tweeted: "That's a wrap on The Haunting of Bly Manor. Congratulations to the cast and crew, the familiar faces and the new, and congratulations to the filmmakers who came on board to make this season their own."
In a recent discussion on CinemaBlend's ReelBlend podcast, Flanegan explained that the pandemic which brought most of the world to a halt didn't impact the Hill House follow-up.

He said: "I don't expect it to be delayed one bit. We didn't really miss a step, believe it or not. We had already wrapped before the whole Covid shutdown hit all the productions.
"We had a couple of weeks where we had to kind of figure out how to continue post remotely. But my post team also, you know, where I've been with now, my whole career, they cracked it real fast and we've been doing everything on these virtual sessions."
He added: "I think Netflix, they haven't announced when it's coming out. They've got their own plan. But we've been jamming through post. It's been going great. It's definitely later this year. It's not going to get kicked off into 2021, or anything. Everything's on schedule. I'm really excited for you guys to see it."
So are we.
