The Boys have once again censored scenes from the show internationally, except this time it is not the brutal X-Rated gory scenes being banned.
Last season of The Boys saw the most graphic X-Rated scene of the season, involving some fairly full-frontal sex and nudity, heavily censored abroad.
Creator Eric Kripke spoke exclusively to LADbible about this, saying that he ‘agreed to it reluctantly, because he had no other choice’.
Kripke added: "I agreed to it reluctantly, because I had no other choice. I actually sat down with the editor and tried to figure out any other possible way.”

The scene in question was censored specifically on TV in India, where local censorship laws prevented a sex scene in the show from being broadcast.

He added: "We couldn't quite crack that nut. But, you know, I think it's just, it's one of the unavoidable pitfalls of having a global show, right?”
In the new season however, it is not the graphic lactophilia scenes that have been censored or Seth Rogen’s gruesome demise in the show, but jabs at Christianity.
This first happened in the first episode in which Sister Sage made fun of the character Oh-Father and his devout Christianity.
In the version seen in the majority of the world Oh-Father calls her his ‘sister-in-christ’, to which she replies: “Um, no. I don’t believe in your sky maniac or his son.”
One fan took to Reddit however to ask why the scene had been censored, with Sage instead being muted when she said both ‘sky maniac’ and ‘son’, with the subtitles simply putting ellipses in their place.
A comment on the post questioned why this would be censored, with others suggesting it was done to avoid offending religious communities in the country.
The trend appears to have continued into the latest episode, however, with an anti-Christianity moment being censored.
Religion has played a major part in the final season, with Homelander creating the Democratic Church of America which worship him as a new God.
This then forces Firecracker to reconsider her faith, being shown throwing a Jesus statue into the bin before going to speak to him.
One fan however asked: “Does anyone know what happened at 58:20 of the new boys episode it's been censored in my country.”

Other posters however have revealed that it was the moment the Jesus statue is thrown in the bin, as well as a moment where Homelander rejects the title of ‘prophet’, and said: “Prophets are servants.”
A post on X read: “Indian censor board blurred Jesus figure in the new The Boys episode, and censored Homelander’s line, "Prophets are servants." F#ck Censorship.”
Another said: “You know what's crazier? We've seen ALL KINDS OF SHIT in the boys series like Violence, Sex , Drugs and I can't even name a few. But they decided to blur the most common kid-friendly Jesus action figure in the series. The irony of it.”
If you’re in India and you want to witness any of the series’ mild anti-Christianity moments it appears you are out of luck.
