Hotheads get ready, as McDonald's are releasing its spiciest ever burger very soon.

More often than not there's that random moment where you all of sudden crave a McDonald's - and there's no holding back with your 20 nugget order, chips, milkshake and McFlurry.

To keep the menu fresh though, McDonald's like to switch things up as next month marks the return of the Breakfast Wrap, which will be part of a new-look menu, including a very spicy burger.

Alongside the burger is also a load of pink desserts.

Yes you read that correctly.

This includes:

  • KitKat Ruby Chocolate McFlurry - £2.19
  • KitKat Ruby Chocolate McFlurry mini - £1.59
  • KitKat Milk Chocolate McFlurry - £2.19
  • KitKat Milk Chocolate McFlurry mini - £1.59
  • Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie - £1.99

But the reason you're here isn't for a dessert, it's for a spicy AF burger

The McSpicy is back with a chicken breast patty covered in a crispy coating, jalapenos, Frank's Red Hot Mayo, lettuce, Emmental cheese and onions, all wrapped in a toasted sesame seed bun.

The McSpicy is back.
McDonald’s

As part of the launch, McDonald’s is giving 500 fans the opportunity to have a sneak peek of new collab McSpicy x Frank’s RedHot® ahead of the official release.

From today (31st January), a password-protected micro-site will be launched, GetMeAMcSpicyFranksRedHotTastingBox.net (live from 12pm), where the first 500 McDonald’s fans who obtain the access code will be able to claim their reward.

Thomas O’Neil, Head of Menu at McDonald’s UK and Ireland, said: “We know how much our customers love spice, and were blown away by the reaction to the McSpicy since it first launched as a limited-edition back in July 2021, growing to a permanent resident on our main menu.

“This collaboration with Frank’s RedHot gave us such an exciting opportunity to build on an already iconic product and create something genuinely spicy but also delicious that we know both McDonald’s and Frank’s RedHot customers will love. We’re really looking forward to seeing the reaction”.

The McSpicy consists of a chicken breast patty covered in a crispy coating, jalapenos, Frank's Red Hot Mayo, lettuce, Emmental cheese and onions, all wrapped in a toasted sesame seed bun.

The new McSpicy will be available in all UK and Irish restaurants, at the Drive-Thru, via the My McDonald’s App, and also via McDelivery from 7 February.

You can get your hands on the new McSpicy x Frank’s RedHot on its own or as a meal.

You’ll need to be quick though as it’ll only be around for a limited six weeks, while stocks last.

Maccies lovers will need to pay £5.59 for just the burger and £7.29 for a meal.

The new savoury menu items landing from 7 February are:

  • Big Tasty - £7.69
  • Big Tasty with Bacon - £8.49
  • Mozzarella Dippers with a salsa dip - £2.39
  • Mozzarella Dippers sharebox with salsa dip - £6.49
