An adult film director has shared a behind the scenes look at what happens on set before and after a porn scene is filmed. Take a look here:

Sharing a video on TikTok, @heygrimy gave followers an insight into his day-to-day life while directing porn.

It starts off by showing us the set, which is actually just someone's living room.

The crew can be seen setting up lights and cameras, and putting all the equipment in place. Then the performers get their hair and make up done, while they wait for the equipment to go up.

We then see the other star of the show arrive as they start filming.

The onscreen text reads: "Pizza man boutta get lucky."

It continues: "MO@N$ in background."

After the scene is shot, the crew break down the equipment, with a shot of the male performer adding: "The 'I just got a bag dance'."

And of course, when you show people an insight into a porn set, they naturally will want to know more.

The director, Logan Xander, who works with production company BangBros, answered questions from curious fans in the comments.

One simply asked: "So what's this family movie all about?"

Another said: "I always thought that they stare at them doing it."

Logan replied: "Well yeah we filming it, can't just look away got to look at the camera lmao."

Someone else asked: "Do you just sit and watch?"

He responded: "We're working, it's not a show."

One TikTok user asked: "Why does the girl always look depressed beforehand?"

To which Logan responded: "They're getting make up done. They have to keep a stale face otherwise it'll mess with the makeup process."

Last year, BangBros came under fire from retired porn star Mia Khalifa.

In a row over previous videos that were from six years previous, when Mia had worked in the industry for around three months at the age of 21, a petition was started to ask them to remove the videos.

Mia tweeted:

To which the company responded:

The 'Justice for Mia Khalifa' petition read: "The infamous hijab video has collected ISIS death threats that have targeted Mia from the video's release in 2014 to today. Mia attends therapy on a consistent basis for trauma, emotional distress, and consequences of bullying.

"Mia and her team have provided countless financial offers to the current owners of her domain name and pornographic videos to no avail. Big corporations are not giving Mia Khalifa a fair chance to demand her content in court due to financial advantage."
