Logan Paul Reacts To Tommy Fury Pulling Out Of Fight With Brother

Logan Paul Reacts To Tommy Fury Pulling Out Of Fight With Brother

His younger brother was due to fight Tyson Fury's younger brother, until he announced that he was pulling out through injury and illness

Logan Paul has reacted to the news that Tommy Fury has pulled out of his fight with Jake Paul. Watch here:

Logan's little brother and Tyson Fury's little brother had been embroiled in a verbal feud for months and were due to settle their dispute in Tampa, Florida, on 18 December, but Tommy has had to pull out because of a 'bacterial chest infection and broken rib’.

Taking to Instagram, Logan said it was predictable that Tommy would bail out.

The 26-year-old said: "I woke up this morning feeling really bad for my brother, 'cause Tommy Fury backed out of the fight against him - which, by the way, didn't we see f***ing coming?

"Tommy?! Urghhh. It's a good thing you're beautiful, you sexy blue-eyed beast, 'cause you are a p***y.

"Good news though Tommy, you've been replaced buddy, sorry. That's what happens when you fumble the bag, ya b***h."

Logan has wasted no time rubbing salt in Tommy's wounds.

Posting on Twitter, promoter Frank Warren shared a statement from 22-year-old Tommy, which said he was ‘absolutely heartbroken’.

The statement read: "I am absolutely heartbroken that I have been forced to withdraw from my fight with Jake Paul due to a bacterial chest infection and broken rib.

"The beginning of my camp was going so incredibly and I never expected anything to come in my way from a victory on December 18th.

"I can’t express how disappointed I am and I really do hope we can get this fight rescheduled in the new year.

"I want this fight to happen more than anything. I’m now regretfully putting my focus on recovery and a further reschedule date."

Warren admitted two weeks ago that Fury had been suffering from a cold during his preparations.

He told iFL TV: "Tommy had a little bit of a cold but hopefully he is going to be okay.

"We are up in Morecambe [on Wednesday] so hopefully we will know more then, but he is up for it and he wants to fight.

"He can't wait for the fight and I know certainly from Jake's perspective he can't wait for the fight."

Paul mocked Fury for his withdrawal on Instagram, writing that his opponent was ‘pulling out because of a “medical condition” called vaginitis’. He added that he would now be fighting Tyron Woodley on 18 December instead.

Fury told LADbible back in September that he'd 'definitely' knock out YouTuber Paul

He said: "It will definitely be a stoppage win for me.

"A lot of people were saying after my last fight that I should have stopped that guy, but - don't forget - that was a four-round fight.

"If that had been a six-round or an eight-round fight, that guy would have been out of there.

"If me and [Jake] Paul do fight, it's going to be an eight-rounder, or even a 10-rounder, whatever he wants to do.

"I know for a fact, he can't do the eight very well.

"He spent at least three of the rounds, possibly four of the rounds, walking around the ring not throwing a punch, Tyron Woodley the same.

"The two of them probably threw 500 punches in the entire fight. They weren't very active.

"I would be forceful in that fight, putting him on the back foot, purely and simply because he's not been doing it for long enough."
