People Are Sharing Pictures Of Pet 'Colleagues' As They Work From Home

People Are Sharing Pictures Of Pet 'Colleagues' As They Work From Home

The coronavirus pandemic has forced people across the world to work from home - and those who aren't yet may well have to in the near future.

For those used to working in an office, this can be quite an unusual experience, as they get used to make a living without water cooler chat/wearing clothes.

One major upside though, particularly in these worrying times, is the company of our pets.

Rae Paoletta, from New York, is to thank for bringing the faces of cats, dogs and other creatures the world over to our screens after she started a Twitter thread calling for people to share pictures of their 'co-workers'.

She said: "For a story: I am putting together a roundup of pets keeping their humans company as folks work from home. Send me pics of your 'co-workers' -- I think we could all use some cute pet pics rn."

The global working-from-home community did not disappoint, sharing thousands of snaps of their new colleagues helping/hindering their progress. So without further adieu, feast your eyes on this lot:

Hopefully that provided you with some much needed respite.

If you're working from home and you don't have a pet, and this article just made you really jealous of everyone who does, then soz.

Maybe you should get a plant or something.
