Woman Fined After Her Car Left A Penis Imprint In The Snow

The woman pushed back and thankfully the case was dropped.

When you break the rules, you have to accept the consequences, even if you don't want to.

There are some times that you'll be punished even if it wasn't your fault - that's just life, it ain't fair.

But then there are some times where something isn't your fault and the punishment is absolutely downright outrageous.

That's what a woman endured in Tennessee when she received a fine from the Homeowners Association for something she had no control over and for something that's a stupid thing to get in trouble for.

Kathryn wrote on Reddit: "A few weeks ago we got a pitiful little snow that was barely really a frost. Just enough to cause a little trouble of the roads but nothing severe. So my husband and I go out, get in our cars, and leave for the work day.

"Awhile later, we get an email from the HOA saying we are being fined for something.

"They aren't very specific at first, but they are saying it's about the snow and our cars. We are very confused. There is not enough snow to shovel, as you will soon see.

"Finally after a few back and forth emails, they simply send us a picture 'describing the problem'."

Some people might be able to spot the 'problem' immediately, while others might need a bit more convincing.

According to the Homeowners Association, Kathryn was being fined $100 because her car had left a dick imprint in the snow.

The Drive has been given one of the emails from the HOA, which said: "Your car, specifically the Honda, left this offensive image on the ground after you left.

"I believe you will see why we have had complaints about it. One of our residents took the photo and reported it to us out of concern for our younger residents."

Kathryn wasn't having it and, after laughing at the ridiculous threat, decided to send a stern reply. She said that she had no control over the shape her car makes and declared that the bylaws stated that anything deemed offensive had to be done on purpose.

The HOA replied with: "We understand. We will not be pursuing this further, in good faith pursuant to the wording of the by-laws."

Imagine forking out $100 for something as ridiculous as this? Thankfully Kathryn pushed back and has a bit more money in the bank now.
