Garage Worker Refused To Give Car MOT Because It Was So Filthy

An MOT tester flat out refused to MoT test this car because of the state it was in

A worker at a garage refused to perform an MOT on someone's car simply because it was so filthy they couldn't bring themselves to go near it.

Seriously, they've got a point. This motor is absolutely honking.

There's all sorts of filth in the car, but specifically old dirty clothes, rubbish from food, and pouches of tobacco all over the inside.

The employee at the garage said he wasn't even going to entertain the idea of giving it an MOT inspection because he didn't know what he could 'catch' if he dared to enter the vehicle.

Now, most of us don't keep our car in absolutely spotless nick, but there's a big difference between a couple of drinks cans and many a crisp packet and this mess.

Honestly, look at it.

Sharing photos of the wretched car online, the MOT tester wrote: "Happy f***in [sic] Monday.

"Point-blank refused to test this, the customer just laughed and walked off like I was joking.

"One MOT fee is not worth me catching whatever is flecking lurking in this thing."

Every car on the road in Britain has to have a valid MOT - which stands for Ministry of Transport - test.

Introduced in 1960, they check each and every car for safety, as well as exhaust emissions and roadworthiness.

If you don't pass, the car can't go on the road, it's as simple as that.

Weirdly enough, the mess wasn't the only strange thing about this particular car.

Someone who looked very carefully at the pictures also spotted what appears to be a creepy face lurking within the bags of cr*p in the back of the car.

What is that lurking in the back?

They wrote: "Err.....I think there may be a person in the back?"

See it? What is that?

The continued: "Look slightly to the left from the top of the driver seat, there is a very pale face poking out.

"I reckon we could make a DVSA approved reason to refuse version of Where's Wally with these pics!

"There's enough of them to make a hard back!"

Obviously, he refused to test it.

Anyway, it seems as if most of the people who have seen the state of the car agree with the garage worker's refusal to test the thing.

After all, he has to think of his own safety first.

Also, it's just rancid. Don't take anything you own to be seen by anyone else looking like this.

The moral of the story is - clean up your car if you actually want to drive it legally.
