Anastasiia Pokreshchuk, the filler-loving model with the 'world's biggest cheeks', has shown off what her natural teeth look like underneath her veneers and they are quite something.
As well as her somewhat extreme facial proportions, Anastasiia usually proudly sports a full set of gleaming white teeth.
But, much like her cosmetically altered cheeks, it turns out her teeth are fake and her real teeth have been filed down to little pegs.
Anastasiia's 252,000 followers loved that she was able to poke fun at herself and doesn't take herself too seriously online.

Anastasiia, from Kiev in Ukraine, has spent around £1,600 a year on injectables for her face.

She's so enamoured with the look fillers give her, she's even been injecting herself and says it helps her to attract men.
Speaking on This Morning last year, Anastasiia said: "Of course I have more attention with my filler, romantic also. But it's not to do with my cheeks - it's because I have become more confident."
She added: "My mum thinks this is a little bit crazy, but what can she do. No regrets, never any regrets, I'm happy with my cheeks."
And as far as injecting her own face, despite doctor's warnings, she insists it's no big deal and she does her research.

"This can be dangerous but I do it with doctors I am learning online," she said. "I was worried, but I love this."
She's previously said the filler doesn't just boost her cheeks, but also her confidence.
She explained: "After I had the injections and saw the changes in my cheeks, I fell in love with them. I love them, I want them to look like this and I'm very happy.

"I regularly inject other parts of my face myself. I understand that they look weird for other people but I don't mind."
She also refuses to rule out further cosmetic alterations, adding: "I want to get a boob job because nature didn't give me any breasts at all."
