Woman Kidnaps Dog While Drunk Then Posts Snapchat Video About It

At the end of a wild night, Toni Robinson took home a random dog to her friend's house. It's not the first time she's done that, either.

Everybody's done something a little bit daft when they've had too much to drink. Maybe it was pulling someone you really shouldn't have pulled, or losing your wallet, or forgetting where you live or falling asleep in the street. But how many of us have ever woken up to find out we've stolen a dog? And then made a very weird Snapchat video like this about it?

The answer, for most of us, is likely none. But that's exactly what 26-year-old Toni Robinson from Walsall did after a night out on the lash with some of her friends. The really crazy thing, though? It's not the first time she's done it.

In fact, Toni, who has a drunk alter-ego named Patricia - as you do - has kidnapped a dog on two different occasions before.

This time around it happened on 27 May. While walking home, Toni - sorry, Patricia - spotted the dog by itself and decided to wrap it under her dress and take it to her friend's house.

"We named the dog Violet as we were drunk on Parma Violet gin at the time," she said.

"We shared a bed with the dog, who we later found out was named Princess, and had a deep chat with it on our night out.

"We didn't even think about the owners. This is the third time I have kidnapped a dog without realising.

"When I woke up I realised what had happened when I heard the dog moving."

At least it was just a cute dog and not something else, at least. As it turns out, Princess' owners were actually quite happy that Toni had taken the dog, because their little pooch had escaped from their house.

So for Princess to turn up in safe hands - however inebriated they might have been - was actually a relief.

Given that this is the third time it's happened, it seems likely that Toni the dog thief will strike again. Perhaps she should set up some sort of dog sitting service, so she can at least make some cash on the side when she goes out and gets plastered.
